The Speaker waived the Judiciary Committee referral at the request of          
Representative Porter, Chair and the Finance Committee referral at the         
request of Representative Larson, Co-chair, on the following:                  
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 228                                                           
"An Act relating to bail after conviction for various felonies if the         
defendant has certain previous felony convictions."                            
                                                                               
SB 228 was removed from the Judiciary Committee and referred to the            
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
